Projection Mapping Show on the United Nations building in NYC

On Saturday, September 20, 2014, the United Nations General Assembly and Secretariat buildings lit up in a revolutionary call for action on global climate change.

The spectacular 30-story architectural projection show was created in partnership with the Oceanic Preservation Society, Obscura Digital, and Insurgent Media.

Process

This 10-minute projection mapping show was created in just under 5 weeks utilizing outstanding National Geographic footage, Joel Sartore’s stunning photographs, original artwork by Andrew Jones, motion graphics and data visualizations.
