MUSIKA!

Various musical instruments are available for the public to play: every instrument, when played triggers a variety of live visuals. These interactive kiosks offer people an opportunity to play and explore the visual lexicon of the correlation between sound and light. Commissioned by the EYEO Festival.

ILLUMINATIONS

On Saturday, September 20, 2014, the United Nations General Assembly and Secretariat buildings lit up in a revolutionary call for action on global climate change. The spectacular 30-story architectural projection show was created in partnership with the Oceanic Preservation Society, Obscura Digital, and Insurgent Media.

+NATURE

+Nature is a site-responsive artwork conceived and executed during the Convergence Lab – an artist-in-residency at BANFF – in the weeks leading up to Convergence-the International Summit on Art and Technology. Designed for public interaction, it mutated over the course of three days, responding to the rhythms of nature and participation from the summit audience.

KONTINUUM

As part of the 150th anniversary of Canada’s confederation, the Ottawa 2017 Bureau and Moment Factory co-produced an immersive 3-floor underground interactive multimedia installation in a subway station in construction–what will become the Lyon station of Ottawa’s new Light Rail Transit (LRT) system.

TREE OF CHANGES

Commissioned and partially funded by Yerba Buena Center for the Arts and the City of San Francisco for the Market Street Prototyping Festival, it was installed at the Embarcadero (San Francisco) andat Bay Area’s Maker Faire (San Mateo).

PHISH Hourglass

My contribution: the “Hour Glass” as a multipurpose center-stage concept. The band played inside it, it was used throughout the show as a lighting and projection surface, and it served as a giant visual countdown for the new year’s show.

LUMINA BOREALIS

Along an enchanted trail, visitors warm up by a magical storytelling fire, ignite the Northern Lights with a song, and meet mysterious creatures with playful surprises at every turn. The experience culminates in a large-scale interactive game that unlocks winter’s secrets and rewards players with a projection-mapping show.
